    Project introduction

    1. Construction objectives

            Starting from the two basic points of improving the management efficiency of irrigation areas and reducing operating costs, the integrated management is achieved through the information technology of backbone projects, field projects and demonstration areas, and the automatic control system of irrigation areas covering points, lines and surfaces is built, and the information irrigation area project of "collection automation, operation control visualization, transmission network, application standardization and management institutionalization" is initially built.

    2. Construction tasks

            The construction task of XX irrigation district management information system includes five aspects, respectively: ① automatic collection engineering, ② communication transmission system, ③ hardware environment construction, ④ information management platform, ⑤ system integration work.

    Automatic collection project, the specific construction contents are:

    1. Solar gate monitoring station type 
      1. Two types of solar gate monitoring stations will be set up on the branch canal and above the branch gate of the demonstration area to ensure that all channels between the demonstration area and the main canal can be connected in series into a line.
    2. Remote intelligent pump monitoring station
      1. A number of agricultural channels in the demonstration area are irrigated by pumping water, and the pump is transformed into a remote intelligent pump monitoring station to realize the remote control of each pump in the demonstration area, the flow rate of the pump and the safety monitoring of the pump operation.
    3.  Rice field remote automatic monitoring station
      1. A number of agricultural channels close to the roadside were selected from the demonstration area. In the grid fields controlled by the agricultural channels, a grid field was selected to set up remote automatic monitoring stations for rice fields, and a total of 10 stations were built.
    4. Small weather stations
      1. The small weather station is set in the managed management room to ensure the normal operation of the small weather station and realize the monitoring of agricultural meteorological data.
    5. soil moisture monitoring station
      1. A soil moisture monitoring station was set up in the demonstration area to collect soil moisture information and provide a basis for scientific irrigation.
