In order to implement the deployment of the Party Central Committee and The State Council, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs carried out the application and review of the creation of national rural revitalization demonstration counties in 2023, which were applied for at the county level, selected at the municipal level, reviewed and recommended at the provincial level, and reviewed by experts and publicized by the public.
